Simple Baby Receiving Blanket

For this one I just looked up the common dimensions of a receiving blanket, cut some cotton fabric to double that size, folded the right sides together- wrong sides out, sewed around the edges, turned it inside out and wa-la! a very basic blanket.




Oh yeah and for decoration I went back around the edge with orange thread.
